By turning the knob (on the inlet), the lance allows you to direct the flow to one outlet pipe to the other. The flow is directed either through the ST-75 frothing nozzle or through a second pipe with a regular rinsing nozzle. Nozzles for the ST-75 and for the nozzle cover are not included. They should be selected according to the parameters of a given machine.
